Teyvat Tasks ("the App", "we", "our") is a free, offline-capable Progressive Web App (PWA) for tracking daily and weekly resets in Genshin Impact. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App handles, where it is stored, and your rights as a user.
There is no backend server, no database, and no user account system. We have no ability to identify you.
We do not collect, store on any server, or have any access to:
The App stores data locally on your device only, using your browser's localStorage API. This data never leaves your device.

This data is stored entirely within your browser or installed PWA sandbox. It is not transmitted anywhere.
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services.
If you install the App from Google Play (via Trusted Web Activity), Google's standard Play Store policies apply to the distribution channel itself. We do not receive any data from Google as a result of your installation or use of the App.
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensitive device permission.
The App may request permission to send push notifications if you opt in to reset reminders. This permission is entirely optional and is used only to deliver in-app reminders you configure (e.g., resin cap warning, daily reset reminder). No notification data is sent to any server.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from any user, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because no personal information is collected at all, the App is safe to use regardless of age.
Exporting your data: The App provides an Export function (in Settings) that creates a local JSON file of your stored data. This file is saved to your device and never transmitted to us.
Deleting your data: You can delete all App data at any time by:
Deletion is immediate and permanent. We cannot recover deleted data because we never had access to it.
Because all data is stored locally on your device and no data is transmitted to any server, the security of your data is governed by your device's own security model. We recommend keeping your device and operating system up to date.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Because the App requires no account or login, we cannot notify you directly — please check this page periodically if you wish to stay informed.
